Playniac is an award-winning games studio making “thinky” games for all platforms independently and with selected partners. We were TIGA Awards finalists for Best Independent Studio in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019; and Develop Star Awards finalists for Best Small Studio in 2019.
Our games have won two Serious Play Awards and been finalists multiple times at Develop, Game Connection, Casual Connect, TIGA Awards, and IndieCade. They've been featured multiple times at IndieCade, IndieCade East, GameCity, London Games Festival, Amaze, EGX Rezzed and other shows. We are members of UKIE, TIGA, and BAFTA.
Founder Rob Davis has spoken about game design at international events including GDC, GDC Europe, Develop, BAFTA, LACMA, and New York Film Academy.
