Playniac at BAFTA Young Game Designers’ workshop
Last week we took part in the BAFTA Young Game Designers‘ workshop, in partnership with Channel 4. BAFTA in London and Accrington Academy in Manchester were connected via video link for two simultaneous workshops, and students taking part came up with some great game ideas

TIGA have just announced their new Casual Games Committee and we are delighted to join other UK games developers as members from launch. The committee will be a new drive to promote and support British casual game developers.

International Racing Squirrels is our brand new game about to go into production for Channel 4. We will be developing a race team management sim to help teenagers get to grips with the heady world of finance.

There are those who say that the theme music for this genre-defining 1983 movie should be the official soundtrack for Playniac. I have my doubts though the movie’s tagline “Take your passion… And make it happen!” is pretty good. Anyone on for doing a remix?
Playniac at The Bookseller Digital Conference
We went to the The Bookseller Digital Conference in London with TIGA earlier this month. It was a chance to show off our shiny new Playniac sign, screen our promo videos and talk to lots of publishers and some major games companies about what we do.
